ATERS 3.0 dining table is handcrafted to perfection and will complement any interior with its unique industrial look. Built from solid oak wood slabs, table top is finished with oil to preserve and enhance wood’s natural appearance and to protect from household stains and water damage. To prevent cracks, each table top is fitted with a few bowtie inlays, that add a distinct touch to the dining table. Due to natural variations of the wood, each table is special with its own imperfections and character. Sculptured table base consists of two metal legs. Legs are finished with black protective paint to avoid oxidation and distressed for a lived-in look. ATERS 3.0 dining table will accommodate up to 10 people and will make a beautiful addition to your home.

TABLEWORLD.COM will process and ship most in-stock items from our facility within 2-5 business days of the order. The size and type of order determine whether it will be shipped palletized or via small parcel. The merchandise usually takes 3 to 10 business days to arrive to you. We have established distribution relationships with national carriers and take every precaution to ensure prompt, reliable, undamaged delivery. When your order is picked up from our facility you are sent an email with tracking information. We encourage you to track your shipment through the courier’s website or phone. For most palletized deliveries a representative from the shipping company will call you during transportation to arrange delivery. Sometimes freight carriers offer their own additional services at their discretion. Please contact us if anything seems unusual about the progress of your shipment.
The vast majority of our palletized customers opt for Self Service Truck Delivery. This is a curbside delivery service; you will be responsible for bringing the boxes into your home. For one or two able-bodied adults it should be no issue.
RECEIVING THE ORDER
1. Please honor your delivery appointment. If the courier can not get a hold of you the item is sent back to us. Any incurred expense would be deducted from the refund.
2. Ask the driver to cut open the pallet straps & shrink wrap and then handle the boxes from the truck to the ground.
3. IMPORTANT: You will be asked to sign a form acknowledging receipt. BEFORE YOU SIGN it is important you CHECK FOR DAMAGE. INSPECT ALL BOXES CAREFULLY, LOOK FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE (rips, holes, smashed areas, missing straps, etc). WRITE ANY SIGNS OF POSSIBLE DAMAGE ON THE FORM YOU ARE ASKED TO SIGN. Example: “Box received with visible damage”.
If you do not notate the form, the courier will not honor against damage incurred during transportation. If the damage appears substantial (debris, severe trauma) please refuse the shipment entirely. Open freight immediately. If you find any damage take photos and email firstname.lastname@example.org. You are required to make a claim within 24 hours.
Note: If you are receiving at a commercial location and utilizing forklift, inspect pallet before unloading.

We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:
If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased on Maxima House, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. 20% restocking fee may apply.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within 5 days after delivery of the item and it was shipped by a small parcel carrier (for example, if it was delivered by UPS or USPS). You will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace the item.
Important note: if the damaged item was shipped through a freight carrier or white glove service, then you must report the issue within 3 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. It’s critical to report the issue within that time period so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. We encourage you to inspect the packaging of the item before you accept the item from the carrier. If the packaging or the item appears damaged when it arrives, you may inform the carrier and refuse delivery. In that case, please report the issue and you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund.
You will be required to submit photos of the damage. Note that the option to report damage or a defect may only appear for 5 days after delivery for items shipped by parcel and for 3 days after delivery for items shipped through a freight carrier or white glove service. You can find the type of delivery (parcel or freight) listed on your shipment confirmation email.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
